Journey to You

To reserve your space on this sacred journey, a 40% deposit is due within 10 days of registration. Before September 30, 2025 this 40% deposit is refundable. Starting October 1, 2025 this 40% is nonrefundable.

This deposit allows us to reserve your accommodations, the boat, and ceremonial spaces in advance. Because these bookings are made on your behalf, this deposit is non-refundable starting October 1, 2025.

Remaining balance is split into two parts:
30% due 82 days prior to retreat start (October 14, 2025)
30% final balance due 30 days prior to retreat start (December 6, 2025)

Payment plans may be arranged by request. All pricing is in USD. A payment link will be provided after your Zoom consultation call.

We understand that life is dynamic. If you need to cancel:

More than 90 days before retreat start: Your 40% deposit is retained; any additional payments will be refunded.

90–61 days prior: 60% refund of total amount paid.

60–31 days prior: 50% refund of total amount paid.

30–7 days prior: 25% refund of total amount paid.

Less than 7 days: No refunds available.

If minimum registrations are not met by October 1, 2025, the host reserves the right to cancel the retreat with full refunds to all participants.

In case of force majeure (natural disaster, border closure, or global travel restriction), 90% of total amount paid will be refunded; 10% retained as administrative fee.

All rooms are double occupancy. If you request a private queen suite, you will be charged as if two people are booking.

We also offer one single-bed, single-occupancy room, available by request, with a 30% surcharge due to limited availability.

This ensures fairness for all guests and maintains the energetic integrity of our capped group size.

Once you submit your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule a Zoom call with the host to discuss the retreat intentions and practices.

After your call, you will receive a private payment link via email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any registration at any time at our sole discretion. If your registration is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

This ensures that the energetic integrity, safety, and alignment of the group container remain in highest service to all participants.
